How do I send something back?
During the Corona crisis, you have 30 days from receiving your goods to try on your new garments and send them back if necessary. (They must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging)
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned face coverings or underwear
We cover the return costs from Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
In order to help the environment we want to make our deliveries as efficient as possible. We want therefore ask you to please send all returnable items together in ONE PARCEL. If you return items from the same order separately, we unfortunately cover only the return costs of the first package.If you do not have a printer, please use the QR code, which is also on the return label.
